Emergency roles

Organisation users can manage the list of available roles that can be assigned to different emergencies. During your onboarding, we will ensure you have all the standard roles already loaded.
To see the available roles, login to the Hub as an organisation user, then click on Emergency roles.
The roles page shows a list of all available roles with a filter for active and inactive roles. Inactive roles will not be displayed in the iPad app.
To create a new emergency role:
Click create emergency role in the top right of the roles page
Enter a name and description (optional) for the new role then click next
Assign the new role to an existing emergency, or click next to skip (recommended)
Check the details you have entered and click Create. Your new role will be available to assign from the Emergencies page
