iPad base station

iPads that have been assigned as base station devices will notify staff of active events (assistance requests and emergencies).

The system has two distinctly different sounds for both assistance requests and emergencies so that staff do not become confused.

When a new emergency is triggered, the base station in the ward area will begin to sound the alarm continuously until all roles have been assigned.

The base station can show two emergencies at the same time by splitting the screen 50:50. It can also show more than two emergencies at the same time by displaying colour coded blocks.
