Resetting your password

If you forget your password, head to the Hub and click Forgot password. Then, enter your email address and request a new password.

A temporary password will be sent to your email address.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within 10 minutes. Use your new temporary password to login to the Hub and set up a new password

Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase and one number
